Boluwatife Kolade is a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Lagos with interests in operations, asset reliability, and data-driven process improvement. She is keen on developing practical solutions that enhance system performance and support efficient processes.

She has gained industry experience through internships at Neconde Energy Limited and Transcorp Power Plc, where she contributed to production planning, plant operations, and reliability analysis.

In addition to her technical experience, Boluwatife has held leadership positions with the UNILAG Energy Club, the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (UNILAG Chapter), and the Google Developer Student Club UNILAG, coordinating activities that connect students with industry practices and professional development opportunities.

She is proficient in data analysis, SQL, and Microsoft Excel, applying these skills to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making. She supports the GEPA team with various administrative operations. She is also engaged in mentoring and community initiatives focused on helping young people build relevant skills and confidence.
