Paschal Odinde is a distinguished energy professional and senior materials and corrosion engineer with a proven track record of technical excellence and leadership in the energy sector. A graduate of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) where he emerged as the best graduating student in his department.

Paschal currently serves as the Lead of the Future Energy Leaders Network at Renaissance Africa Energy Company, where he champions initiatives that drive innovation and sustainability within Africa’s evolving energy landscape. He brings deep expertise in materials performance, asset integrity, and corrosion management, making him a valued contributor to high-impact energy projects.

He is a certified engineer and active member of several professional bodies including the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP), where he currently serves as the Vice Chair of the AMPP Port Harcourt Chapter.

Paschal’s academic and leadership credentials are further reinforced by executive education from Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School, equipping him with a strategic and global perspective on energy, innovation, and leadership.
