About Ruth Iloba
Ruth Iloba is a Project Manager and Executive Assistant with a strong track record in operations, organizational development, and strategic support. With over three years of leadership experience as an administrative director in the non-profit sector, she has consistently built and optimized systems that drive operational efficiency, enhance impact, and enable sustainable growth.
Her work is guided by a deep passion for Sustainable Development Goal 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and Goal 13 (Climate Action). Ruth is committed to advancing energy access and climate resilience in Nigeria and across Africa. She actively writes and manages grants to secure funding for clean energy initiatives and oversees the successful implementation of clean energy projects that support inclusive development.
Ruth currently serves as the Community Manager at Graced Energy Professionals for Africa (GEPA), where she leads stakeholder engagement, capacity-building programs, and knowledge-sharing activities that advance Africa’s clean energy transition.
Beyond her professional roles, Ruth is a dedicated mentor and advocate for youth empowerment in the energy and climate sectors, consistently helping young professionals and emerging talents access transformative opportunities, networks, and platforms for growth.
